According to the Fertility Clinic Success Rate and Certification Act of 1992, IVF centers in the US are required to report annually to the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The data provided reports success rates across a number of areas including number of treatment cycles, pregnancy and delivery rates by age, and if donor eggs were used.
